Workshop on identification of poisonous and non-poisonous snake
On the occasion of Nagpanchmi, the Department of Zoology, in collaboration with the Hornbill Club, organized workshop on identification of poisonous and non-poisonous snake and first aid methods after snake bites of Mr. Rushikesh Mestry, President Devari Rescue Force, Radhanagari on 23/08/2023. Mr Rushikesh has given live demonstration on snake identification and some morphological characters for identification in poisonous and non-poisonous snakes. In this training-cum workshop sir has also demonstrated the students how e have to handle safely when we encounter with snakes. 16-18 students were handle snake without fear. Dr. V. M. Lagade has expressed the vote of thanks of this event.
